In each of these calls, I define your Choice Points to help you navigate your way through your work. Like I say in my videos, there is no one right way to run your practice. There is room in our field for different professional approaches. That can be freeing or maddening. As your facilitator, it is my job to make your work easier through this course by sharing best practice and outlining your choices. They are your choices to make.

I set up a survey for each call with questions on the topic area. Every survey ends with an open area to ask whatever questions you have. I use the aggregate of that anonymous survey data along with any questions posted on members only area to create the Q&A on the call. It’s a blend of what I know I want to teach and what you tell me you want to learn. And while I will mostly focus the call on this fodder, I will answer be watching during the call for your live chat questions.
Who is it for?
I am welcoming 50 participants into this pilot version of this course. I welcome anyone who is ready to do the work of strengthening their business and putting the pro into professional graphic facilitator.

Who is it NOT for?
Those looking for a quick fix, cookie cutter approach or easy answers. As I’ve said in the videos, there is no one right answer. While I lend my experience and facilitation to lead your through this process, you need to make the choices that are right for you. You need to do your own work between the calls to improve your business.
Graphic Facilitator Confidential is not for jerks or bullies. We don’t have to have a lovefest, but it will be a respectful environment where we learn and grow together.
What is the timing?
This depends a bit on the length of the registration process. I currently have the calls scheduled out every other week from the start of August to early October. This is to give you time to reflect on the call, make your own to-do list or map and make progress in your work before our next call.
Each video conference call will be 60 to 90 minutes. Generally, they will be Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Once I get a sense of what parts of the world people are coming from, I’ll look at staggering call time to allow people to be live on different calls. Every call will be recorded and archived in our members only area for repeat viewing.
There is no expiration date on the videos, you have long term access to all of the course content.
What is the cost?
The registration fee for the course is $697 USD. That includes all six video conference calls.
Currently, my intention is to use this pilot as solid R&D for a subsequent online video course. I am keeping your investment low for the pilot, since you are giving me so much with your questions and our conversations. Q: What if I can’t make a call? Do I miss it?
A: You may miss the live experience, but every call will be recorded and uploaded to the member’s only area. And you can watch and rewatch the videos any time.
Q: I’m really busy the next few months, but I want this information. Can I join?
A: Sure, you are welcome to join. Two caveats –
First, I am focusing my time to answer questions during the twelve-week run. I have no doubt you’ll get tons of great guidance in the six archived calls, but after that, there’s no guarantee that I’ll answer your specific questions. I will be working on development other courses and new resources.
Second, I want you to do the work to improve your business. If you sign up now, and don’t make the time to make progress week to week, I fear it’ll be an “out of sight, out of mind” scenario. And I want you to get good value from the program. That being said, you are an adult and welcome to make your own choices about your time and resources.
Q: How much time will this course take?
A: That truly depends on what you want to invest in your business and the changes you want to make. Each topic survey should not take more than 15-20 minutes to complete. The calls will be 60-90 minutes. I suggest setting aside the hour after the live call (or watching of the archived call) to reflect on the call and make immediate plans for your business improvement. "Percolating" and slower action has its merits, but nothing can replace the burst of fuel you get with each call. Tap into your intuition, listen to your gut. That's invaluable information about where you are, where you're stuck and where you want to go.
Above, I'm recommending about 3 hours every other week. Past that, your time investment depends on what actions you want to take.
Q: All I really need to a sample contract and templates. Do you provide those?
A: No. It is not ethical to give legal advice or hand over templates. I don’t know the specific laws and norms of your country, region, or the industries you work with. Also, I think it is vital that a business person has a hand in their contracts and communications. You need to be well informed and to stand behind what you put out there. In this case, I am happy to “teach a man to fish,” but I won’t give you a fish.
